Olive oil of the week: Ah! Fadista!

Ah! Fadista! is an expression that is used when someone is singing very well, after she/he finishes people usually yell : "Ah Fadista" that means they really enjoyed it! Now that we share a bit of our culture, let me share a gastronomy delicacy.

FADISTA Extra Virgin Olive Oil was launched in 2009, a new challenge for Diterra Ltd in order to identify the consumer with the origins and Lusitanian’s traditions, and represent an excellent ambassador of Portugal in the international market.

Olive oil of the week: Invasion!

Al Canet is the latest addition to our potfolio! With a great bottle design and oil of great quality, this product has everything to catch your eye.

"Al canet olive oil has low acidity, usually around 0.5º, being classified as Extra Virgin, outcome of the care put in the whole production chain (ripening, harvesting, cleaning, extraction, storage and packaging).

Being a natural product, the acidity can vary from one year to another!"

Al Canet is a powerful olive oil, one that is not usually found outside the Portuguese countryside!
