Montel wine scores at Decanter World Wine Awards

Organic Wine Montel 2011, from the Douro wine region, was awarded with Bronze at Decanter World Wine Awards  in London.
Elisa Pimentel from Montel team points out: "It is a great motivation for us winemakers and wine experts at Montel to proceed with our work." Montel is a certified organic  wine  that results from the mixture of Aragonêz and Touriga Nacional grapes. It presents a deep ruby colour, and a complex aroma which highlights notes of ripe red fruits. In the mouth, it is balanced and fresh, with vibrant and mild tannins, and avery persistent finish.
Decanter World Wine Awards, was launched in 2004 and celebrates now its 10^th anniversary. This is the most important wine competition in the world.

Quinta da Gândara triumphs at “Concours Mondial de Bruxelles”

Caves da Montanha´s DOC Dão wine Quinta da Gândara Touriga Nacional (Red) and Encruzado (White), shined with Gold at Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, which primary ambition is to provide consumers with a guarantee: that it will single out wines of irreproachable quality offering a truly pleasurable drinking experience, with wines from across the globe and price points.
