Absolutarget portfolio's greatness is undeniable. All our wines are equally great, but this vintage port of 2009 is a rare gem.
The grapes used to make this wine are handpicked and came from the different parcels of grapes from Quinta de S. José which is situated in Cima Corgo, next to the river, from 100 to 300m of altitude.
Due to the ideal weather and a soil made from schist, the result is an exuberant Port with a distinctive expression of Douro territory. It's color is dark cherry and the aroma fill you up with a scent of raisins and ripe figs.
Balanced, very thin, with a long and very persistent finish.
